If you are interested in an apartment, we rent on a first come, first serve basis. We can reserve an apartment for you upon approval of your application and payment of your security deposit (equal to one month's rent and returned at the end of your lease if the apartment is still in good condition). Students must have a parent co-sign to guarantee the lease, or they must meet the standard wage requirements. No pets please.
